Two volunteers are needed to complete a group of volunteers who monthly staple Foundation Newsletters to paystubs for the Health Sciences Centre. The dates are: Feb 3 Mar 3 No specific skills or experience required - just a willingness to help out! Oreintation will be provided the morning of the two dates (Feb 3 & Mar 3). This great group of volunteers is extremely welcoming and offers an opportunity to help the Foundation tell the Health Sciences Centre about exciting upcoming opportunities.

Administrative Assistant - assist the Branch Coordinator with office duties including: 1) Data entry - updating spreadsheet in Excel re Residential campaign in November 2) Dissemble canvassing kits from Residential door-to-door campaign 3) Do an inventory of materials remaining from campaign 4) Shred receipt books from 2002 5) Reception Experience:Computer program - Excel Conscientious and energetic Work independantly once trained Excellent organizational skills Hands on training will be provided by the Branch Coordinator. Volunteering with the Canadian Diabetes Association enhances an individual's opportunities to be involved in working for his or her community's health and well-being. Volunteers are essential in the work of the association and the partnership between staff and volunteers is based on mutual support, respect, learning and growth. Volunteers are our greatest asset.
