Food Bank Sorting food, warehouse assistance, volunteer intake and handing out food to those in need. Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fundraising Join a committee, assist with a specific event or help us contact and thank our donors. Administration Help us keep in touch with those needing our help. Reception assistance and general office support would truly help us out. Christmas Baskets Mother's helpers, toy sorting, toy cleaning, food warehouse assistance, donation pickups, pre-pack and delivery day assistance. Available October through mid-January. Becoming a Volunteer Please note that there is a process involved in becoming a volunteer at Community Resource Service, which can take from three to five weeks. This includes reviewing your application, conducting an interview, reviewing references (and, where applicable, a criminal reference) and providing you with an orientation. The length of time varies depending on the season and the number of applications that are submitted. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process and are confident that, once on board, you will have a fulfilling volunteer experience with us.
