We attend various environmentally focused events throughout Toronto. We do not engage in tree planting, water or soil work or anything that requires lifting or handling money. Eco-Crafts Leader

Description: 
Do you care about the environment? Are you concerned about the abundance of trash our society produces? Are you inspired by adaptively reusing materials, upcycling and community art? Be on a team to build an Eco-Crafts program for our Saturday Farmers' Market, community festivals and some Sundays. Help plan and deliver green craft activities suitable for families with young children to participate in. When and where: Eco-Crafts Leaders commit for a minimum of 1 year, with regular eco-crafting/team-building sessions and are available starting in February. You must commit to planning and delivering at least 6 Eco-crafts (about 3-4 hours per time) at the Farmers' Market, community festivals and possible Sundays from May through November at Evergreen Brick Works, 550 Bayview Avenue, Toronto. Good to know: All meetings will be held at to-be-determined locations that are accessible by TTC. Carpool or shuttle transportation is available to the Farmers' Market from Broadview Station.
