As an ecoMentor, you will teach a 1 hour lesson plan about the environment to an elementary school class from grades 1-6. This program provides volunteers with an excellent opportunity to develop their teaching, mentorship and leadership abilities. 1 hour lessons whenever you choose to teach them.

CALLING ALL YOUTH! Are you between the ages of 13 and 24? Interested in environmental issues? Want to be a green leader in your community? TAKE THE LEAD AND SIGN-UP TO BE AN ECOMENTOR TODAY! Earth Day Canada’s EcoMentors program provides training, support, and rewards, for youth across Canada to facilitate peer-leed environmental education workshops and activities in their communities. Take action on the environmental issues that matter you. Engage peers and young people in your community. Build positive environmental awareness. Gain valuable leadership and facilitation experience.
