Description:
The MS Society will be offering an educational display at The Children’s Museum during the “Our Body: The Universe Within” exhibit. Volunteers will work with attendees of the exhibit (children, families, students) using simulation devices to help people understand the symptoms of a compromised nervous system.
Volunteers should be out-going, entertaining, and knowledge of teaching and MS would be assets.
You will receive training from the waterloo district chapter about multiple sclerosis, as well as a a safety training session provided by the museum.
