Looking at the Greater Toronto Area alone, not-for-profit organizations receive approximately 870,000 hours – the equivalent of a student volunteering 24 hours a day for 100 years – annually from Toronto District School Board students completing the Community Involvement program. Bring in the rest of Ontario high school students and this already astronomical figure skyrockets.

By posting available volunteer positions on 40Hours.ca, your organization takes advantage of this outstanding opportunity to bring about positive change in Ontario communities. As a not-for-profit, we ask nothing in return, except that you only post positions that are flexible to student schedules, have an age minimum below 18 and does not involve any of the ineligible activities at the bottom of this page.
